Focus is our first ever dedicated EvolveYou HIIT program that can be done anywhere, with minimal equipment. So if you’re looking for a program to slot into your schedule, as you improve your overall fitness, increase your strength and build better habits, then this is the program for you!
Being a busy working mum of 3, Saman understands how difficult it can be to stay on track and find the time to work out. That’s why she created her program to make staying fit and healthy accessible to any woman. So whether you’re a busy mum, are working full time or are simply struggling to stay consistent, Focus aims to help you build fitness into your life in a fun and accessible way.
Expect short workouts designed to increase your foundational strength and improve your functional fitness. You’ll be taken through high intensity and fun, full body circuits using minimal equipment like a skipping rope, dumbbells or home equipment like your chair! With either Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced to choose from Saman has truly made fitness achievable as her program contains either 2, 3 or 4 workouts a week. When it comes to the workouts, you can be sure that it contains all your favourite movements as Saman is a firm believer that simplicity is best, “people often think that the most complicated or “difficult” routines are the most effective and I’m here to prove that’s just not true”.
Saman’s program Focus aims to bring fitness to all women, whatever their starting point. Her ethos with her workouts is to bring accessibility and inclusivity, motivating everyone to reach their full potential and feel their best.
